For New Clients:
To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, we ask all new clients to schedule a complimentary consultation before their first appointment. This helps us establish a clear understanding of your needs and build a trusting relationship with your stylist.
A deposit is required for all new clients, which will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment. Please note, this deposit is refundable only if the appointment is kept. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice or a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
To maintain the best possible service for everyone, we have a three-strike rule for cancellations and no-shows. After three occurrences of cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice or not showing up, you will need to book with a different stylist. This policy helps us to respect our staff's time and ensure top-quality service for all clients.
Grace Period for Unsatisfied Services:
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
Salon Etiquette:
At Refresh Salon, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment. We ask that all clients show the same respect and courtesy to our stylists and fellow clients. Any form of physical or verbal abuse is not tolerated. Should you have any concerns regarding staff or salon etiquette, please reach out to the owner or our management team.

I can not recommend Refresh and Jewel enough! I've gotten highlights and haircuts from Jewel, and she is amazing. She listens to what you want and gives exactly that! My highlights have grown out so nicely and kept their colour. I have super thick hair and she does such a great job thinning it out without creating a bunch of frizz. So excited to return in a few months to get more highlights!

What a great experience! I messed up my hair with box dye and a gloss and with a color removal product -yeah messed up is the right description. And I literally asked desperately for help from Refresh’s instagram DM, hoping they would return my msg asap. And they did! I woke up to their response and luckily get a spot right away because of a cancellation. I was so lucky to meet Jaden as my hairstylist and I can’t describe how grateful I am to Jaden, she really understood what I was trying to do with my hair and gave a exact same color that I dreamt of - like its my charm that I found this really nice hair salon, just wow.
